How will the value of my home be assessed?

Your property will be valued by an independent chartered surveyor to ascertain the true value of your property. The equity release plan provider will normally arrange someone to perform the valuation on your behalf.

We will be advised of your property's valuation and if it differs from the original amount on the application form we will notify you.  The affect of this could mean that you may be able to borrow more or less than originally requested.  This matter would be fully discussed with you before the any further progress is taken.
