All of our independent advisers are fully trained and qualified and can only provide advice about equity release once they have received intensive training and achieved their Certificate in Equity Release Advice qualification.  In additional all are fully qualified Independent Financial Advisors to help provide full assitance in all your financial matters.

• We tell you how much cash you could receive through equity release
• We can find out whether you are eligible for any state benefits and whether equity release would affect your entitlement
• You get the chance to ask questions about equity release and get some personalised facts and figures
• Opportunity to arrange a face to face appointment or proceed further over the phone.

Remember, there's no hard sell and no obligation to proceed. The decision on whether to apply for an equity release plan is entirely yours.

In reviewing your personal circumstances and advising you on the most appropriate equity release plan we proivde this service free of charge.  If you wish to proceed to an application we charge a flat fee of £595. This fee is only payable upon completion of an equity release plan.
